This site (jeffwaltersmortgages.ca, the “Site”), operated by Jeff Walters Mortgage Broker (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is free to use by our visitors. By using this Site, you (the “user”) are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.

The information on this Site, including articles, answers to common questions and descriptions of mortgage products, is provided for general information purposes only. It is not mortgage, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or commitment to lend. Interest rates, products and lender guidelines change without notice. Any pre-approval, rate or mortgage approval is subject to a complete application, lender underwriting and the lender's final approval. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances before making any decision.

Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without our express prior written permission.

Deleting and Modification

Submitting an inquiry is not a condition of obtaining any mortgage, goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained in an email, or by emailing jeff@jeffwaltersmortgages.ca.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, how cookies are used and the choices you have.

General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this Agreement, or your use of the Site, shall be litigated in the courts of the Province of Alberta, and you expressly submit and consent in advance to the jurisdiction of such courts.
